TeenLift: Youth Strength & Performance Training

TeenLift is a 6-week youth strength and conditioning program designed to teach athletes the fundamentals of safe and effective training. Participants will learn proper lifting technique, body positioning, movement mechanics, and how to develop strength, power, speed, and endurance.

Each session includes:

TeenLift applies to all sports - softball, baseball, football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, or simply wants to get stronger and healthier, TeenLift provides a solid foundation for long-term athletic development.

Who is it for?

TeenLift is designed for:

  • Youth athletes across all sports

  • Beginners who want to learn proper lifting technique from the ground up

  • Experienced athletes looking to improve strength, speed, and explosiveness

  • Any teen who wants to build confidence, discipline, and a strong fitness foundation

No prior weight room experience is required. All fitness levels are welcome.

When is it?

TeenLift is a 6-week program beginning June 22 and includes 12 certified youth coach-led training sessions.

Training Schedule:

  • June 22nd - July 29th

  • Mondays at 6-7:00 PM

  • Wednesdays at 6-7:00 PM

Each session is designed to build upon the previous one, helping athletes develop strength, improve movement quality, and enhance overall athletic performance.

What's a typical TeenLift Session:

  • Warm-up and mobility (10-15 mins)

  • Strength/skill work (25-30 minutes)

  • Performance training (10-15 mins)

  • Cool down (5 minutes)

Each 60-minute session is designed to fun, engaging, and focused on athletic development.

What is the cost?
The complete 6-week TeenLift program is $250 and includes all 12 training sessions.

Athletes receive expert coaching in a small-group environment focused on proper technique, strength development, mobility, and athletic performance. We ensure every athlete receives personalized attention and coaching throughout the program.

Introducing Coach Kevin

Coach Kevin has over 10 years of experience training youth athletes, focusing on strength, speed, and confidence in a safe, structured environment.

He holds multiple coaching certifications, including:

  • CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

  • CrossFit Gymnastics

  • CrossFit Mobility

  • CrossFit Kids (Brand X Method)

  • Advanced Youth Professional Coaching Certification (PYCC)

  • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach
